pendulum as medium

Lazar’s Pendulum Power (The Book)

EPISODE 1 (Robert and Ruth)

Lazar’s Pendulum Power is a work of fiction, which carries the Eternal Light tenets developed by the author through the pendulum medium to another dimension. The first book published on Amazon in 2017, Cogent Eternal Light Federation, was followed by the publication of a series of articles on the Crossoverover Light website. The original book and articles were non-fictional accounts and interpretations of the revelations received from the pendulum medium. It covered a broad range of spiritually-centric topics. The second book uses the theoretical foundations of the revelations and expands it to the practical uses of Eternal Light through healing and the production of inexhaustible electric energy.

The pendulum becomes a powerful force for good. The plot maps out the inner journey of its main protoganists, Robert Lazar and his family. They wrestle with the complex implications of the supernatural powers bestowed on them. It presents an enormous opportunity to reset the moral paradigm in federation with Eternal Light. It’s a fast-paced narrative of love, emotions and high-adventure in a context of mysticism and fantasy. It leads to a utopic proposition for a new world order based on equality and justice.

Leaning over a table with the right hand holding a short string attached to a metal object that seemingly danced in the three fingers by which it was held, sat a solitary male figure. As evidenced by a ring of grey hair at the temples he was probably in his early sixties. He appeared to be in a trance of some kind and his lips moved almost imperceptibly as if he was immersed in a quiet conversation with someone. Within the recesses of his brain questions were being asked and responses given at a brisk rate. But this was not evident to the casual observer.

Approaching closer, it was possible to discern that the metallic object appeared to be a well-used key. This was attached to a string, which formed a pendulum that moved rapidly in specific linear directions. Letters of the alphabet were inscribed around a circle drawn on a simple manila envelope. By the frayed appearance of the string and the heavily oxidized coloring of the key, it was obvious that this odd-looking apparatus had been in use for some time. Upon further reflection, it could be assumed that some form of communication was taking place between this individual and some mysterious entity. Or perhaps, different sections of the brain were communicating with each other through the pendulum medium.

Robert Lazar has dedicated much time and energy to a unique form of pendulum communication for more than twenty years. He has accumulated over six hundred pages of notes, which he constantly analyzes and develops through further questioning. He is currently in the process of arranging these notes into cohesive chapters that will eventually be turned into a book, which he hopes to publish someday. The feedback that he got from the pendulum over the years has undoubtedly been highly intelligent and generally consistent with previous information from past sessions. But there’ve been strange revelations on spiritual, scientific, and astrophysical topics that are both puzzling and significantly different from accepted norms.  Robert has never been dismayed by this and did not question the discrepancies. At least for the time being. Deep down he is somewhat skeptical. The revelations, particularly on science and physics, beg for some kind of proof. On the other hand, he has been given the impression that proof will be forthcoming and that it will have practical applications of great scope.

This has been a rather lonely process that he can share with very few individuals. It would be hard for anyone in his workplace or social circle to associate Robert with such an esoteric undertaking. His day job is that of a marketing manager for a medium-sized company that manufactures a high-end line of plastic products for domestic use. His company, ACE Plastics, has a wide distribution network that spans the North American continent, including Mexico. His work requires constant travel to wholesalers and retailers in various metropolitan areas. He doesn’t particularly like the travel part of his job and is much happier when he can allocate his time to strategic marketing planning. He has always been a thoughtful and creative person and instrumental in positioning his company to the forefront of their industry. In the sales and marketing department, he is considered to be a firm but fair leader with strong motivational skills. His subordinates treat him with respect and often seek his guidance. His talent in the industry is recognized by competitors. He has had many job offers from larger organizations with more benefits and prestige. But Robert has never been driven by solely financial incentives and enjoys the security and independence that he has earned at ACE Plastics. Also, he is in his early sixties and contemplating early retirement.

Nobody in the organization is aware of Robert’s mysterious preoccupation. He has casually revealed his interest in the paranormal and regular pursuit of meditation to some colleagues but not the fact that he has taken this to a whole new level. Actually, his good friend, Bill Townsend, the CEO of the company, had expressed interest in meditation some years ago. Robert had steered him into a form of transcendental meditation that has been of benefit to Bill. However, Robert is careful not to overwhelm him with some of his more esoteric findings through the pendulum. He feels that he has too many questions and not enough logical answers yet. He is also not sure to what degree he wants to go public and share the revelations with a broader audience.

Ruth Lazar enters the room and immediately gauges that her husband is in his meditative state. She started off as a total skeptic when Robert began revealing some of his findings to her. Coming from a moderately religious, Christian background she was somewhat fearful that Robert was entering into an unexplored realm that could be damaging to him, to their relationship and to their son and daughter. She was a teacher in a suburban high school, with both feet rooted to the ground. Robert’s interest, first in meditation and then in communication was initially disturbing to her. Seeing him pursue this interest with ever more passion and dedication was worrisome. Robert was the love of her life and although she fretted about this new direction, she was certain that he would not intentionally harm their marriage and family.

To his credit, Robert realized that Ruth needed to be assured that what he was doing could have broader benefits. One evening, at the very start of his pendulum explorations, he calmly introduced Ruth to his particular way of meditating, which he called crossover meditation. He convinced her to try it strictly as a calming process that would prepare her for her busy and often raucous day at school. The meditation consisted of repeating a sound in her brain and allowing it to percolate within in order to shut off the usual worries, concerns and trivialities that surfaced to the forefront. Robert instructed her to simultaneously seek a pinpoint of light, which would simulate a tiny bright star in the evening’s sky. He referred to it as the light coming from the inner brain. Ruth at first struggled to achieve the full effect, but she was slowly but surely reaching a calmness within her that was beneficial and long-lasting. And then, one day, she saw the light and it sparked a sensation within her entire body that was like a mild electrostatic shock.

“Was this the crossover point, that Robert was talking about?” she thought.

Robert confirmed that it was indeed. It was such a unique and exciting experience that it prompted Ruth to investigate and experiment more with Robert’s guidance. It was obvious that Robert was both relieved and gratified that he could now begin to share more of the information that was revealed to him through the pendulum. With Ruth’s practical and intelligent input, he now had a collaborator who could help him with his questioning and analysis of the answers. Of course, Ruth didn’t know at the beginning how far Robert has progressed in his findings and how it would test her own perceptions and convictions. He opened the door ever so slightly so that it would not overwhelm her.

She quietly tapped him on his shoulder so as not to shock him suddenly out of his reverie. Although he told her many times that he’s totally aware of what’s going on around him, she was still careful in how she approached him. He turned around and smiled at Ruth and held her hand.

“You know Ruth, I believe that I finally got to understand the whole concept of soul as it was revealed to me. As you know, I have been trying to untangle this for some time now and kept tripping over my previously held beliefs.”

“I remember that you mentioned some strange acronym that you were trying to piece together but had a great deal of trouble to comprehend.”

“Yes, that mysterious acronym was RAL, which was broken down to mean Rated, Analyzed Light. I believe that I now understand what it’s trying to convey. It means that our lives are rated on the level of spiritual wisdom that we achieve during our embodied term. As you know from our past discussions, we return many times to this planet and this developed wisdom is transferred to us in subsequent embodiments.”

“So, you mean that we’re equipped with a built-in capacity to overcome the negative forces like fear, greed, lust, materialism, anger, and violence that challenge our lives? That sounds interesting but how is that transfer of wisdom made?”

“You have to see this as a preprogrammed energy cell that is wired directly to our brain and acts as an inner guide. According to my received information, this energy cell is transferred to the embryo in the tenth week. During our adulthood, we’re guided to recognize its existence. We can access this guidance through our dreams, intuitions, and direct communication.”

“You mean through some medium like your pendulum.”

“Exactly. But this isn’t something that you can just sit down and start practicing. Until you become much more experienced, the pendulum can provide capricious and confusing information. “

“You told me a little about your struggles with this and I often wondered how it didn’t drive you crazy. There were days when you were obviously dazed from the experience.”

“I sure was and I saw the effect that it was having on you and the children. In the beginning, I was communicating secretly not wishing to disturb you or our children. But my head was often spinning with confusing contradictions and my inattention to ordinary conversations must have been annoying.”

“Look, Robert, I’m really glad that you finally came out of the closet on this and let me in to some extent. I don’t totally understand all the implications but at least we’re in it together and you can share some of your findings. I try to offer up my practical teacher’s advice that hopefully allows you to stay somewhat grounded.”

“Ruthie, if it wasn’t for my ability to share this with you, I would’ve given this up a long time ago. I try not to let it interfere with our normal life and I hope that you find that I have managed this well.”

“To a certain extent, I think that it’s great to have a strong passion for something, particularly if it may have some useful applications or help people in some way. And I’m convinced that you have managed really well under the circumstances.”

“Well, at least I haven’t given up my day job to pursue this fancy. I don’t think anyone at work or in our social circle has the faintest idea that I’m pursuing some strange adventure. I realize that it scares people to reach beyond their cozy bubbles and I have restrained myself in speaking about it.”

“But eventually do you hope to come out publicly with all your unique findings?”

“These are early days. I know that I’ve been pursuing this for many years now but It’s a slow process and I’ve only dedicated a few hours of my free time here and there.”

“Actually, I don’t know if I already mentioned this to you, but continuing to lead a normal life is something that is totally supported by my pendulum communications. I strongly believe that this is not intended to be a passive process where you sit in a cave, enter into a trance, and receive personal guidance. It’s very proactive and it’s one of the reasons that I keep at it.”

“But to answer your question about going public someday, I’m taking copious notes of the questions, answers, and my own ruminations. I already started putting together some kind of logical progression, breaking the telling down into specific chapters with defined titles. Ultimately going public is definitely a goal. I believe that the knowledge and wisdom that emanates from these discussions deserves to be shared with others.”

“But aren’t you afraid that people may see you as some kind of a wannabe guru with messianic pretensions? After all, you operate in the conservative business arena and people there tend to look askance at anything that doesn’t conform to normal beliefs and practices. If you go public, there’s a possibility that you may become ostracized in the business community.”

“You’re completely right and I’ve thought about this a lot. I wouldn’t want to hurt my business reputation and subject you and the kids to the repercussions that it may have on their lives. If I go public, and that’s still a very big if, it will only be when I retire from my job.”

“Well, you’re pretty close to the retirement age now so you’ll have to make a decision pretty soon. For all it’s worth, I’ve heard and seen enough to tentatively support you as long as it doesn’t cause you and anyone else harm.”

“Thanks, but frankly there’s much too much confusion at this stage and I’m not quite sure where it will all lead. I mentioned that I have gone through some quite scary moments at the beginning. Sometimes it feels like I’m in the middle of the ocean without a compass to guide me to some safe haven.”

“Knowing you Robert, you’ll eventually figure it all out and take the right turn. My only worry is that this whole pendulum business doesn’t put too much strain on your physical and mental health.”

“You don’t have to worry about that Ruth. When I communicate with this intelligence it all starts in the context of a calming meditation. But you’re correct in thinking that this type of inner search can cause serious mental stress and I’m careful to back off when I feel the pressure.”

“I believe you. But to what extent can you be sure that you’re actually in control and that you’re not being manipulated and brain-washed by some unknown power.”

“That could be a problem. But I’ve never felt obsessed with it to the extent that I couldn’t walk away whenever I wanted to. Most of the time we’re discussing lofty issues that deal with morality, our human purpose, and destiny. Outside of the meditation-triggered communications, there is no pressure and I haven’t experienced any harmful repercussions.”

“You’ve mentioned this on a few occasions now, Robert. But you’re entering uncharted waters.”

“It’s possible and I appreciate your concern. But you know something, I’m not overly bothered by this. I feel that I’m in a good place with an intelligent and caring mentor who’ll guide me through the shoals and rocky patches.”

“You’ve mentioned something similar in the past. You felt guided by a loving force with a universal message that has been echoed by seekers of spiritual enlightenment.”

“Look, Ruth, essentially, if you study the fundamental underpinnings of any religion or belief system, it always has some kind of primal reference to love. There is a fundamental agreement that all our intentions and actions should be based on love and its derivatives of caring and empathy.”

“That’s a good point. I can see that if we listened to this message more seriously throughout our human history, we may have learned to get along much better not only with other people but also with all the other species that populate this beautiful blue and green planet.”

“We could despair but we could also seek new ways to reintroduce the love equation into every facet of human life. Most people will consider this to be too idealistic. We only have to look at the effects of human exploitation on climate change to feel depressed about our future. However, look at the progress we made in gender, racial, and cultural equality in the last hundred years. Far from perfect, but definitely moving in the right moral direction.”

“I suppose that this touches on some of your revelations about spiritual progress over many lifetimes by individuals who have systematically reconnected with their true nature, which is intimately tied to a higher universal intelligence. You also told me that your name for this intelligence is Eternal Light.”

“Bravo, Ruth. You definitely have been listening. Look, it’s an interesting concept and it motivates me to dig deeper.”

“From my point of view, as long as this stays on that love-driven path then you’re definitely in safe hands and I wholeheartedly support you in taking this research ever further.”

“Somebody’s got to prepare supper for tonight so I’ll go and do that and give you some more time with your pendulum. By the way, Simon phoned and is planning to take advantage of his school break and come home for a few days.”

“Great, it’ll be nice to catch up on his latest research in quantum physics. I have some new input about particle physics that will throw him for a loop. Last time we talked about it he did a lot of eye-rolling and questioned my state of mind. I wouldn’t be surprised if he thinks his dad is slowly deteriorating into some form of dementia or delusion.”

“Well, you can always count on your daughter Sarah for support. She’s much more prone to accept the mysterious and mythical. I remember when at age eighteen she decided that she must have an astrological chart drawn up. She has insisted that the chart foretold many significant highlights in her life.”

“She leads a very busy life and we haven’t had a lot of time together where we had the opportunity to discuss my interest. But she has some idea of my spiritual wanderings and has been generally supportive. At least I have my two lovely ladies on my side and maybe I can ultimately persuade Simon to become a little more receptive.”

“You definitely have to give him some space.  He probably inherited my pragmatic character. Also, being immersed in science and physics makes it difficult for him to embrace paranormal concepts. But look, I managed to accept what seemed at first like a strange trip but you made me slowly realize that it contained a lot of sound wisdom. It forced me to re-evaluate many of my convictions.”

“Sure, but some of the recent pendulum telling challenges the established physics and contradicts some of the icons in the field like Einstein. As a professor in quantum physics, Simon is too deeply conditioned to accept the possibility of a different interpretation of the laws of physics.”

“Robert, you’re not sure of all this stuff yourself so how can you expect your son to make such a paradigm shift.”

“It’s just that I think it would be helpful to me if I could bounce some of the revelations about particle physics off of him without getting a sarcastic reaction. But look, it probably is a little unfair on my part at this stage.”
